Supervisor, Building Systems Maintenance (2003–2004)

Led a team of eleven licensed unionized tradespeople responsible for maintaining critical building infrastructure, including electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, and fire alarm systems.

Manager, Aircraft Support Systems – GTAA (2004–2026)

Since 2004, Paul has led the maintenance and reliability of Toronto Pearson's aircraft support electrical infrastructure, overseeing six supervisors and more than sixty licensed unionized tradespeople.
